Automatic Glass Cutting Table:
Automatic cutting table for shape cuts X,Y,C. Tilting working plain and structure made up of electro-welded steel tubular pipes. Accurately flat working plain covered of black wool felt. Powerful air cushion system. Cutting bridge made up of steel and placed transversally to the machine and it is set in motion by Brushless motors. Cutting pressure is adjusted in accordance with glass thickness through the operator. Lubrication system for cutting tool. All the movement are controlled by CNC numerical control and the transmission is by rack and pinions. N° 3 breaking bars (2 transversal + 1 longitudinal) activated pneumatically. PC and cut optimization software by Perfect Cut included

Polishing Machine:
Our heavy duty glass edging machines are suitable to polish all three faces of the edge of any glass or mirror products.

Beveling Machine:
This machine is designed to produce a beveled edge, with bottom edge grinding (pencil, or flat). Adopts a touch screen PLC for the utmost in user friendly operation.

Custom Shape Polishing and Bevel Machine:

Glass Table Tops

Glass Table TopsThe most common thickness for protecting wood finishes is 1/4" which can be custom cut to any shape with a wide variety of bevels, polishes, and custom edge work to suit your style. We are the only company on the Emerald Coast that offers these exquisite edges.

Destin Glass offers several colors and thicknesses for stand-alone and pedestal glass tops, as well. Standard clear has a slight greenish tint; however, low-iron glass is also available. This glass provides a crystal clear appearance when viewed from the edge, or you can choose from bronze, gray, or even blue glass to accent your decor. We can also customize the edge finishes, with a number of options available.
